Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Delivery Times We ship from our US-based fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier. Most orders arrive within this window.
Tracked Shipping All orders are sent with tracked shipping. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delays While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at hello@pawcalmstudio.com and we'll look into it straight away.
